003 Meaning of Life

We went to see the National Geographic photo exhibit titled, “The Meaning of Life: Love, Work, Peace, Health” in the Palazzo delle Esposizioni. We bought annual entrance tickets for this museum and hope they turn out to be a good value. The exhibit was a study in contrasts. One pair of pictures I remember shows children riding in the back seat on the way home from school while they bicker with one another and eat their snack foods. The contrasting picture shows a child not more than four years old wearing only shorts and holding a dirty old tin can filled with his ration of flour.
